アカウント通知書再発行
アカウント通知書を再発行する処理です.
- アカウント通知書を紛失した場合など,他人による不正利用の可能性がある場合,新しい初期パスワードでアカウント通知書を再発行します.
- アカウント通知書再発行は即日発効が可能です.但し,医学研究科,保健学研究科,海事科学研究科で申請の場合は数日かかります.
学生アカウントの場合
- ログインID用パスワードとネットワークID用パスワードはすべて新しい通知書の初期パスワードに設定されます.
教職員アカウントの場合
アカウント通知書再発行後,古いアカウント通知書が見つかった場合,古い通知書は廃棄してください.
アカウント通知書を紛失しておらず,ログインIDあるいはログインID用パスワードを忘れた場合は, アカウント初期戻しとなります.
Reissue of Account Notification Letter
You can request to have your Account Notification Letter reissued.
- If abuse of your Account information is a possibility, such as when you have lost your Account Notification Letter, you can request to have your Account Notification Letter reissued with a renewed Initial Password.
- Your Account Notification Letter can be issued on the same day as you make the request. But it takes a few days to receive the new Account Notification Letter if you belong to Graduate School of Medicine, Graduate School of Health Sciences, or Graduate School of Maritime Science.

- All of your Password information, the Login Password and the Network Password will be set to the Initial Password contained in the new Account Notification Letter.

- Your Account will be suspended temporarily. Once your Account is suspended, you cannot change your Account information such as Email Forwarding settings.To release Account from suspension, take the Account Activation procedures by using the Account Number and the Initial Password contained in the new Account Notification Letter.
- Your Account information (Login ID, Main Email Address, etc.) registered during the Account Activation and Account Settings procedures are not changed even though your Account is suspended.
- Your Network Password is also kept as they are. If there exist the possibility that your Password information has become known to someone, change your Passwords during the Account Activation.
If you find your old Account Notification Letter after a new letter was reissued, discard that old letter.
If you have forgotten your Login ID or your Login Password without loosing your Account Notification Letter, you need to reinitialize your Account.
