アカウント初期戻し

アカウントの設定(主としてパスワード)を，アカウント通知書 が配布された時と同じ状態に戻す処理です．

• アカウント初期戻しの処理を行うには，アカウント通知書を紛失しておらず，他人に初期パスワードが知られていないことが条件です．

• 学生アカウントの場合

  • ログインID用パスワード，ネットワークID用パスワード， メール用パスワードはすべてアカウント通知書中の初期パスワード に設定されます．

• 教職員アカウントの場合

  • アカウントは一時的に停止状態になります． 停止状態を解除するには，アカウント通知書に記載されているアカウント番号と初期パスワードでアカウント初期設定を行ってください．
  • 停止状態になっても，アカウント初期設定により登録した情報（ログインID， メインメールアドレス等）の変更はありません．
  • ネットワークID用パスワード，メール用パスワードも元のままです．他人に知られている可能性がある場合には， アカウント初期設定時に変更を行ってください．

• アカウント通知書を紛失した場合など，他人による不正利用の可能性がある場合には，アカウント通知書再発行の処理となります．

Reinitialization of Account Setup

This process resets the account settings (specifically the user password) to the default settings when the account notification was issued.

• To use this process, you have to have your Account Notification Letter, and your Initial Password information has not been disclosed to anybody.

• Student Accounts

  • Your Login ID Password, Network ID Password, and Email password will be reset to the initial passwords contained in the Account Notification Letter.

• Faculty/Staff Account

  • If your Account has been temporarily suspended, take the Account Activation procedures by using the Account Number and the Initial Password contained in the Account Notification Letter.
  • Your account information (Login ID, Main Email Address, etc.) registered during the account activation procedures are not changed even though your account was suspended.
  • Your Network ID Password and Email Password are also kept as they are. If there exist the possibility that your password information has become known to someone, change your passwords during the Account Activation.

• In the event that your account has been compromised and you have lost your Account Notification Letter, you need to request the reissue of the letter.
