アカウント発行の考え方

  • アカウント発行の対象者は，神戸大学のコンピュータを利用できる権利を持つ構成員及び準構成員です．

  • アカウントは神戸大学における統合的な認証基盤のために発行されるもので，その管理手続きを情報基盤センターが担当しています．

    • 原則として，学籍番号および職員番号をお持ちの方が対象となります．
    • 神戸大学のコンピュータを利用できる権利を有し，アカウント通知書を受け取っていない場合は，センターまでお問い合わせください．

  • セキュリティ上の観点から，アカウントは各個人(各ユーザ)に対して一つだけ発行されます．

    • 今後の，ICカードや生体認証システムの導入を念頭において，個人単位での認証が基本となります．個人を認証後，その個人の持つ権限に対応してアクセス許可が与えられるという考え方です．
    • したがって，一つのアカウントを複数人で共有して利用することは禁止されます．
    • 同様に，自分のパスワードを他人に教えることも禁止されます．
    • これらの禁止事項に違反した場合は，アカウントの抹消を行うことがあります．
    • また，組織や職名に相当するIDやメールアドレスの利用は推奨されません． その様な利用の場合，異動等によりIDやメールアドレスの利用を引き継ぐ必要が生じてもシステム上対応不可能です．

Account Policy

  • Accounts are issued to the University Members and Associate University Members that have the right to access to the computers under the management of Kobe University.

  • These Accounts are issued as part of the integrated authentication infrastructure for Kobe University. The Information Science and Technology Center is responsible for the procedures of issuing and managing all Accounts.

    • In principle, Accounts are issued only to those who have a student ID number or a staff ID number.
    • If you have the right to use the computers under the management of Kobe University, but have not received the Account Notification Letter yet, contact to the Information Science and Technology Center.

  • With security in mind, only a single Account is given to an individual (each user).

    • With the prospect of the introduction of IC card or biometric system in the future, authentication is basically performed considering one individual as one unit. Each individual is first authenticated, and then an access permit is granted according to the authority that each individual has.
    • Therefore, it is prohibited to share one Account with multiple individuals.
    • Similarly, it is also prohibited to tell others your Password.
    • In cases where these provisions are violated, your Account could be deleted.
    • In addition, it is not recommended to use an ID or Email Address that corresponds to the institute name or your job title. In the event that you use such IIDs or Email Addresses, this system will not allow them to be used once you have transferred from Kobe University.
