神戸大学における情報セキュリティに関する方針を示した文書のことです．
学内の情報資産に関して，その価値及び侵害された場合のリスクを考慮し，適切な管理を行うことにより，
- 本学における情報セキュリティに対する侵害を阻止すること
- 本学構成員に係る学内外の情報セキュリティを損ねる加害行為を阻止すること
で， 重大なセキュリティ上の問題が発生した場合の損害及び学外への加害を阻止しつつ， 本学の教育研究活動における利便性の維持・向上を図ることを目的としています．

Information Security Policy
The Information Security Policy is a written document that contains information security policies defined by Kobe University.
The purpose of this policy is to consider the value of university's information assets along with risks when it is infringed upon in order to implement proper management,
- By preventing infringement of information security of Kobe University, and
- By preventing harmful acts against on/off-campus information security related to the University Members of Kobe University.
With these measures, we strive to maintain and enhance convenience of educational research activities for our university, while preventing expansion of damage and potential harmful acts against the outside of the university if serious information security problem occurs.
