アカウント通知書

アカウントの内容を通知する書類です．

• 入学あるいは採用により，新しく神戸大学統合ユーザ管理システムにユーザ登録されたユーザには，所属組織あるいは情報教育担当機関（大学教育推進機構）等を通じてアカウント通知書が配布されます．
• 受け取った際には，必ず自分の氏名を確認し，表裏の注意書きをよく読んだ上，開封してください．

• アカウント通知書には，システムを利用開始するために必要な以下の情報が記載されています．

  • 学生アカウントの場合

    • アカウント番号，初期パスワード
    • ログインID，ログインID用パスワード
    • ネットワークID，ネットワークID用パスワード
    • メールアドレス，メール用パスワード

  • 教職員アカウントの場合

    • アカウント番号，初期パスワード：これらを用いてアカウント初期設定を行う必要があります．

• アカウント通知書を紛失した場合，他人による不正利用を防ぐため，直ちに情報基盤センターまで連絡し，アカウント通知書再発行を受けてください．

• アカウント通知書再発行には，処理時間が必要となります．紛失しないよう十分に気をつけてください．

Account Notification Letter

This letter notifies you of your account information.

• The account notification letter is distributed to those users who are newly registered to the Kobe University Integrated User Management System (KUMA) due to admission or hire, through organizations or groups they belong to, or the institute in charge of information education (Institute for Promotion of Higher Education).
• When you receive this letter, make sure that your correct name is on the envelope and carefully read the instructions on the front and back of the envelope before opening it.

• The account notification letter contains the necessary information below for using the system.

  • Student Account

    • Account Number，Initial Password
    • Login ID，Login ID Password
    • Network ID，Network ID Password
    • Email Address，Email Address Password

  • Faculty/Staff Account

    • You need to take the Account Activation procedures by using your Account Number and Initial Password.

• In the event that you lose your Account Notification Letter, contact to the Information Science and Technology Center to request the reissue of youraccount notification letter. This will prevent your account from being compromised and abused.

• It takes time to have your account notification letter reissued. For this reason, be careful not to loose your account notification letter.
