一時利用アカウント利用のために必要な申請書です．

• 準構成員の方は証明書等が必要です．
• 学内責任者を通じて，アカウント申請書と，利用資格があることが確認できる証明書を提出して下さい．

Account Application Form

The account application form is required to use a Temporary Account.

• When the temporary account is applied, Associate University Members are required to submit necessary certifications to apply for a temporary account.
• Submit the appropriate certifications that can prove your qualifications for using the system, along with an account application form, through the Responsible Person on Campus.
