アカウント初期設定

教職員アカウントのユーザは，初めての利用の時，アカウント初期設定を行う必要があります．学生アカウントのユーザは，アカウント初期設定の必要はありません．

• アカウント初期設定を行わないと，神戸大学統合ユーザ管理システムでユーザ管理を行っているコンピュータ(教育研究用計算機システム， 教務システム等)を利用できません．

• センターのホームページからアカウント初期設定のページに進んで，設定を行ってください．

  • アカウント初期設定を行うには，アカウント通知書中のアカウント番号と初期パスワードが必要です．

  • アカウント初期設定のWebページでは，以下を設定してください．詳しくは，センターのWebページ中の説明をご覧ください．

    • ログインID，ログインID用パスワード
    • ネットワークID，ネットワークID用パスワード
    • メインメールアドレス，メール用パスワード

  • 一度設定したログインID，ネットワークIDは変更できません．よく考えて設定してください．

• アカウント初期設定後のパスワードの変更やメールの転送設定等は，アカウント設定変更の画面で行ってください．

• アカウント通知書再発行,アカウント初期戻しの場合も，同様にアカウント初期設定をしていただく必要があります．この際，既に設定したログインID，ネットワークIDは変更できません．

Account Activation

Faculty/Staff Account users need to activate their accounts when they use the account for the first time. Student Account users do not have to take the account activation procedures.

• Without taking Account Activation procedures, you cannot use computer systems (Kobe Academic Information System for Education and Research (KAISER), Kobe University Academic Affairs Information System, etc.) managed byKobe University Integrated User Management System (KUMA).

• Configure your account settings on "Account Activation" from the homepage of the center's website.

  • Account Activation requires the Account Number and the Initial Password described in the Account Notification Letter.

  • Configure the settings below on the account activation page. See the related instructions described on the center's website for details.

    • Login ID / Login Password
    • Network ID / Network Password
    • Main Email Address，Email Password

  • The Login ID and the Network ID set cannot be changed later. Set this ID information with careful consideration.

• If you want to change the password or email forwarding settings after taking the Account Activation procedures, you can do so by changing the settings on "Account Settings".

• You also need to take the account activation procedures when you have an account notification letter reissued or when you have your account reinitialized. Additionally at this time, you cannot change your Login ID and Network ID that was previously set.
